Causes of premature ovulation

Causes of premature ovulation

The follicle is an important tissue in the female body. It seriously affects the female reproductive ability. However, there are often many problems with the follicle. The causes and symptoms of different problems are different. This includes the premature ovulation of the follicle. Many people may not know the specific reasons for this situation. So what is the reason for the premature ovulation of the follicle?

The ovulation period cannot be changed by human will. Ovulation occurs cyclically; when one egg is released, other developing eggs are at their own stage of development and will naturally ovulate once they are mature. That is the time when the fruit is ripe. However, there are many clinical reasons that can lead to early ovulation, but most of them are medication and emergency ovulation. Emergency ovulation is also very common, and ovulation can occur in a non-ovulatory period under strong sexual stimulation.

Excessive mental stress, poor living environment, and serious negative psychology may affect the brain and endocrine system, leading to delayed or no development of follicles.

Many women suddenly experience irregular menstruation or no menstruation in harsh environments, which also indicates ovulation disorders. On the contrary, high emotions, especially during the period of follicle maturation after menstruation, if you get married, are particularly emotional, or meet your long-lost lover, it is very likely to lead to early ovulation.

The female ovarian cycle is divided into the follicular phase before ovulation and the luteal phase after ovulation, based on the day of ovulation. The length of the follicular phase is not fixed, but the luteal phase is about 14 days, plus or minus two days. If your period is expected to come a week in advance, on the 23rd day, then your next period will be around November 16th. Going back 14 days, your ovulation day may be a few days around November 2nd.

Observe the basal body temperature to grasp the ovulation day: the basal body temperature is the oral (sublingual) temperature when you wake up in the morning before doing any activities. Under normal circumstances, basal body temperature remains low during the first half of menstruation. After ovulation, the body temperature rises by 0.3℃~0.5℃ and continues until the next menstruation. If your low body temperature rises one day, it is very likely that ovulation has occurred.

Observe the stringiness of leucorrhea to determine the ovulation day: the main component of leucorrhea is cervical mucus, which is affected by ovarian hormones. Cervical mucus is thick and less in quantity after the menstruation is over. When ovulation approaches, the mucus gradually becomes clear, like egg white, smooth and elastic, and has a high stringiness. If you find that the leucorrhea is transparent and elastic, the time before and after 24 hours is the ovulation day.

Ovulation test strips to test ovulation day: "Ovulation test strips" can now be bought in many pharmacies. Ovulation is determined by measuring the amount of luteinizing hormone (LH) in the urine between 10 a.m. and 8 p.m. If two red lines appear in the "small window" of the test paper, ovulation will occur within 24 hours.

B-ultrasound monitoring of ovulation day: Generally, starting from the 8th day of the menstrual cycle, B-ultrasound monitoring is performed once every two days. When the diameter of the follicle is found to be 17 mm, monitoring is changed to once a day. When the follicle matures and reaches a diameter of 20-25 mm, it is measured twice a day until ovulation. This method requires going to the hospital, is time-consuming and costly, and is not necessary unless in special circumstances.
