Sclerosing adenosis

Sclerosing adenosis

Sclerosing adenosis is a very common disease in daily life. It not only causes great harm to the patient's physical health, but also seriously affects their normal life and work. Therefore, it is particularly important to understand relevant knowledge and find scientific and effective treatment methods. When people find relevant symptoms, they need to seek medical treatment in time and choose appropriate treatment methods according to their actual situation.

1Typical lobular hyperplasia of the breast causes periodic breast pain. This type of breast pain starts a week before menstruation, then gets worse day by day, and then slowly eases once menstruation comes. Before the next menstrual period, breast pain will reappear. This cyclical change is related to the cyclical changes in female estrogen and progesterone. The mechanism of breast pain is due to increased estrogen, proliferation of breast tissue and mammary duct system, and retention of sodium and water in the tissue, causing local pain.

2 However, among outpatients, some patients complain of a "lump" in the breast rather than breast pain. During breast screening, we often encounter breast hyperplasia lumps that are hard in texture, even reaching the stage of sclerosing adenosis. However, these patients do not feel any discomfort and believe that the hyperplastic lumps are normal breast tissue. Painless lobular breast hyperplasia or breast adenosis, because patients do not have symptoms of periodic breast pain, they rarely go to the hospital for treatment and cannot receive regular treatment. Sometimes things change for the worse, but you remain the same. It will be too late to go to the hospital when the cancer has grown very large!

3. Painless proliferative breast disease occurs, and its mechanism is still unclear. Some experts have suggested that, on the one hand, it may be because the patient is not sensitive to the breast pain that occurs when the disease occurs; on the other hand, during the course of the disease, the pathological process of periodic sodium and water retention in the breast is not obvious, so the breast pain is not obvious. Therefore, although the patient has a proliferative lesion that develops imperceptibly, there is no clinical breast pain.
