What medicine should I use for fishy leucorrhea

Leucorrhea is a normal discharge from the female body. Many women with gynecological diseases have leucorrhea with some peculiar smell. Some have fishy smell and some have fishy smell. Women with leucorrhea with peculiar smell will feel particularly distressed, because in the crowd, there will always be people looking at them with strange eyes, which will make women feel inferior. So what medicine can be used for leucorrhea with fishy smell?

The main symptoms of bacterial vaginosis are increased vaginal discharge, which is gray-green in color and has a fishy odor. It is related to factors such as lack of attention to hygiene and unclean sexual life.

Guidance: If the diagnosis is clear, it is recommended that you pay attention to genital hygiene, refrain from sexual intercourse, take one metronidazole tablet at a time, three times a day, for 7 days; insert one tinidazole suppository before going to bed every night for 10 to 14 days.

The leucorrhea has a fishy smell, and bacterial vaginitis should be treated with vaginal metronidazole suppositories and oral metronidazole tablets. During the treatment, sexual intercourse and bathing are prohibited, and medication is stopped during menstruation. The treatment period is one week. It is recommended to avoid spicy food, tobacco and alcohol, wear cotton underwear, keep the vulva clean and dry, and avoid wearing tight underwear.

Vaginal pH is weakly acidic under normal circumstances, which can prevent the growth and reproduction of bacteria. This defense function is called vaginal self-cleaning. Under the influence of various external factors (such as vaginal cleanliness cannot be maintained normally, a large number of bacteria grow, resulting in the weakening or loss of vaginal self-cleaning function, etc.), it will cause vaginal inflammation, and in severe cases, it will affect their normal life.

Bacterial vaginitis can be treated with commercially available antibacterial drugs (such as clotrimazole suppositories). The inflammation generally subsides or disappears within 3-5 days, but you cannot stop taking the drug on your own. You should continue to consolidate the treatment and clean the vagina to maintain its normal acidity and alkalinity. After achieving the ideal treatment effect, you should go to the hospital for routine examinations to prevent recurrence.
