What diseases can women find out by checking urine

There are many diseases in the human body, and these diseases can be detected in many ways, one of which is urine test. Urine test is a relatively comprehensive test, and many values of our body can be detected from urine. So when we have a physical examination, there will be a urine test. Both men and women can have urine tests. Urine tests can detect some diseases. So what diseases can women's urine tests detect?

1 Urine examination includes urine routine, midstream urine culture, three-cup urine test, Addis count, urine protein quantification and other items. Therefore, urine test is not the same as routine urine test, but the "urine test" commonly referred to as "urine test" mostly refers to routine urine test.

2 Urinalysis items can be roughly divided into four categories: kidney disease, diabetes, urinary tract infection and other diseases.

3 Kidney Disease Projects

pH Normal reference value: 4.6~8.0

Specific gravity (SG) Normal reference value: 1.005~1.030

Occult blood or red blood cells (BLO, ERY) Normal reference value: Occult blood is negative. Normal value of red blood cells: 0. Normal value of white blood cells: 0. Protein (PRO) Normal reference value: negative

Color (COL) Normal reference value: light yellow to dark yellow

Changes in these indicators may indicate renal impairment.

Diabetes Project

pH Protein Specific Gravity Sugar (GLU) Ketone Body (KET)

The detection of these indicators helps to diagnose related complications and whether some organs of the body are damaged, such as whether ketonemia occurs. Under normal circumstances, urine sugar and ketone bodies are negative.

4 Urinary tract infection projects

White blood cells (WBC) Occult blood or red blood cells (BLO, ERY) Nitrite (NIT) Color and turbidity (TUR) ………

When the urinary system is infected with bacteria, white blood cells and red blood cells often appear in the urine, the color or turbidity of the urine also changes, and nitrite is sometimes positive. Chemical testing of urine white blood cells and occult blood or red blood cells only serves as a screening method, and the clinical diagnosis is based on the results of microscopic examination.

5Other disease items

The main indicators are pH, specific gravity, bilirubin (BIL), urobilinogen (URO), color and other indicators.

The two indicators of bilirubin and urobilinogen reflect the ability and amount of the liver to metabolize hemoglobin. Under normal circumstances, urine bilirubin is negative and urobilinogen is weakly positive. When the above indicators increase, it often indicates jaundice and the urine becomes yellow-green in color.
