There are many diseases caused by uneven uterine echo: adenomyosis, uterine fibroids, endometritis, endometrial hyperplasia, etc. All of these will affect menstrual changes, so it’s best to get a thorough check before making any decisions. The effect of Wu Ji Bai Feng Wan alone will not be that great.

This may be caused by uterine fibroids or endometriosis. There is no specific medicine to treat uterine fibroids and endometriosis. Surgical treatment should only be considered when the fibroids are larger than 5CM or the uterus is the size of a three-month pregnant woman.
