Gynecological examination uterine biopsy

Gynecological examination uterine biopsy

Gynecological diseases are common clinical diseases. For women, in order to confirm gynecological diseases, in addition to diagnosing through symptoms, professional gynecological examinations should be performed to increase the diagnosis rate. Uterine biopsy is relatively common in clinical practice. It is also a pathological examination and a type of gynecological examination. There are many things to pay attention to when doing a uterine biopsy during a gynecological examination, such as the preparations needed before and after the examination.

1. Uterine section

In fact, uterine biopsy is a common pathological examination in clinical practice, which is mainly used to check whether the subject's uterus has cancer. Hysterectomy is currently the most common and effective diagnostic method for cervical cancer. For women who have sexual lives, it is best to insist on having a hysterectomy once a year.

2. Inspection

The incidence of cervical cancer can be reduced through uterine biopsy. The examinee will first undergo a uterine biopsy. If the uterine biopsy is suspiciously positive, or if there is obvious tissue lesion by naked eye examination, the diseased tissue will be taken for a more in-depth pathological examination to help quickly identify the disease and detect and treat it in time.

3. Note

You should avoid sexual intercourse within 24 hours before a uterine biopsy to avoid affecting the test results. The examinee should not use vaginal douches or vaginal suppositories for at least two days before the examination, so as not to affect the accuracy of the uterine biopsy. For patients with cervical inflammation, the inflammation must be treated first before considering a uterine biopsy. This will prevent the large number of white blood cells in the inflammation from affecting the final examination results. It can be seen from this that women with cervicitis cannot go to the hospital for a uterine biopsy casually, because this will cause errors in the test results to a large extent, and such a uterine biopsy will be meaningless.
