How can I effectively increase my milk production after my milk has dried up due to anger?

After giving birth, women will secrete milk for their babies. Breastfeeding is the basis for the healthy growth of babies. Therefore, it is an important task for mothers to ensure sufficient milk under the premise of the baby's physical needs. However, the amount of milk secretion is constantly changing and will be affected by many factors. For example, being angry can also cause milk dryness, so it is necessary to boost milk production. Let’s take a look at how to effectively boost milk production after milk dryness due to anger.

(1) At every meal, the baby should drink milk first. Feed the left side for about 15 minutes, then feed the right side. At this time, take the prepared breast pump and suck the left side that the baby just sucked. The baby was feeding on the right side, and the breast pump on the left side also started to produce milk.

(2) Do not add milk powder to the baby’s diet. When your baby is hungry, give him the stored milk. Try to delay it until 15 minutes after your last breastfeeding, so that your breasts will produce a little more milk again. It won't be the case that the baby keeps breastfeeding but only a little bit.

(3) If your baby is still hungry after eating, add a few spoonfuls of boiled water. It's hot now, so even for newborn babies, it's good to use some water. The air-conditioned room is dry in winter, so it’s okay to add some water. Of course, this is a matter of opinion, and it’s fine if you refuse to give water.

(4) For the second meal, go back to the first step. Then, use the milk from the previous meal to fill the baby’s teeth.

(5) Empty the milk at the second meal and see how much is left. After a few days, you will find that more and more milk is discharged.

(6) If the amount of milk discharged later is less than that discharged earlier, the mother needs to make an effort to stimulate the milk flow and collect some more milk about 10 minutes after the baby has finished feeding. In short, the amount of milk that is emptied should exceed the amount that the baby replenishes.

(7) To increase milk production, what we need to do is to let the baby suck the breasts more often so that the milk in the breasts can be removed frequently. This way, the breasts will have positive milk production signals and will actively produce milk.

(8) The method of adding formula milk first and then sucking breast milk can make the baby who is mixed-fed less hungry after eating a little formula milk, and then have a better mood and patience to suck the mother's milk.
