What are the causes of gynecological diseases in women

Many women find it strange that they obviously pay attention to the health and hygiene of their private parts, but why are they still susceptible to gynecological diseases? In fact, it should be noted that due to the special physiological structure of women, especially if they have sexual life after marriage, women are most vulnerable to gynecological diseases. Therefore, we need to do a good job of prevention in all aspects. For example, the common abuse of antibiotics, long-term use of contraceptives and unclean sexual behavior are all likely to cause women to be infected with gynecological diseases. Therefore, if you have these bad habits and behaviors, you must correct them in time to keep yourself away from the entanglement of gynecological diseases.

1. Abuse of antibiotics

Generally, we all believe that the use of antibiotics can improve human immunity, but this is actually wrong. Even if you are infected with vaginitis and use antibiotics to treat it, you should not use too much. Because while antibiotics kill pathogenic bacteria, they also inhibit some beneficial bacteria, and the unsuppressed and foreign drug-resistant bacteria will take the opportunity to multiply in large numbers, which in turn increases the probability of vaginitis infection.

2. Women who use contraceptive pills for a long time

Long-term use of birth control pills because the estrogen in the pills can promote the formation of fungal hyphae, causing it to further invade the vaginal tissue, which can easily cause vaginitis. Excessive cleaning is also a cause of vaginitis: if you frequently use medicated cleansers or lotions to clean the vulva, it is easy to destroy the inherent environment of the vagina, reduce the vagina's self-antibacterial ability, and easily lead to vaginitis.

3. Infection

One is self-infection. Bacterial vaginosis can be transmitted in three ways: sexually, in public places, and through clothing. If you do not pay attention to sexual hygiene, the bacteria on the male genitals can infect the female vagina and cause bacterial vaginitis. Bacteria in public places such as swimming pools, seats, and bathing areas can spread bacterial vaginosis. In addition, the process of washing, dehydrating and drying underwear is also a way of spreading bacterial vaginosis. Self-infection is caused by excessive masturbation, which brings bacteria into the vagina during repeated masturbation.
