What causes difficulty in conceiving?

Some married women have reached childbearing age and have completed all preparations, but they just cannot conceive. This makes couples who want a baby very anxious. There are many reasons for the difficulty in getting pregnant. Many factors in life restrict women's successful conception. The first is the age factor. The older the age, the lower the chance of pregnancy. In addition, if women have some gynecological diseases, it will also lead to this phenomenon. Usually, if you often have anxiety and depression, it will often lead to endocrine disorders, which can easily aggravate such symptoms.

1. One of the reasons why women have difficulty getting pregnant: age

Age is the biggest limiting factor to women's fertility.

2. The second reason why women have difficulty getting pregnant: ovulation problems

3. The third reason why women have difficulty getting pregnant: fallopian tube problems

The fallopian tubes are thin tubes on both sides of the uterus, and are also the channels from the uterus to the abdominal cavity. In addition to capturing the eggs released by the ovaries, the fallopian tubes are also the place where sperm and eggs meet and fertilize. For women who have been pregnant before but later found it difficult to get pregnant, the patency and dysfunction of the fallopian tubes are the most common causes of infertility. For women who have had repeated pelvic infections, have undergone abdominal surgery or have a history of pelvic adhesions, it is highly suspected that the infertility is caused by problems with the permeability or mobility of the fallopian tubes.

4. Endometritis

Endometritis is an inflammation of the uterine lining. According to the length of the disease course, it can be divided into acute endometritis and chronic endometritis. After endometritis occurs, the entire uterine cavity often becomes edematous and exudates. The acute phase can also cause systemic symptoms, including fever, chills, increased white blood cell count, lower abdominal pain, increased vaginal discharge, sometimes bloody or foul-smelling, and sometimes a slightly enlarged uterus and tenderness. The symptoms of chronic cases are basically the same, and may also include menorrhagia, lower abdominal pain, and obvious swelling in the lumbar area.

5. Male factors

A man's testicles can produce normal sperm. The amount of semen ejaculated by a normal adult male at one time is 2-6 ml. The number of sperm in each ml of semen should be more than 60 million, more than 60% of the sperm are motile, and the abnormal sperm is less than 15%-20%. If the sperm does not meet the above standards, it will not be easy for the woman to become pregnant.
