Precautions before IVF egg retrieval

2. Start drinking maternal milk powder every day one month before the IVF transplant, and also drink a certain amount of red dates water every day.

3. You can drink more soy milk every day because it can promote the growth of endometrium.

4. It is recommended that women who are inducing ovulation eat more deep-sea fish, shrimp, sea cucumbers, crucian carp soup, and durian. In addition, they need to eat more nuts after transplantation to facilitate embryo implantation;

5. It is recommended to soak your feet every day. The water temperature should be about 41-42 degrees. The water should cover your calves. The soaking time should be about 30 minutes. Soak until you sweat each time. This should continue until the night before the transplant. You should also soak your feet during your menstrual period.

6. Dietary taboos: Do not eat fungus and leeks. Patients who are prone to miscarriage cannot eat blood-activating foods such as hawthorn, almonds, and longans after transplantation. Rapeseed will cause the embryo to shrink; in addition, do not eat papaya, banana, etc. In short, don't eat food that is too salty or too sweet, and avoid spicy food.
