There will be no odor if the vagina is cleaned every day. If a woman still has an odor even if she pays great attention to hygiene, it should be considered that it is caused by factors such as vaginal inflammation, uterine cavity disease, tumor infection, etc. Because of gynecological diseases in the abdomen, coupled with vaginal diseases, it will cause vaginal discharge with odor, and the secreted liquid will contain foam and be like tofu dregs. ①Inflammation of the vagina. For example, Trichomonas vaginitis causes the secretion of thin, light yellow, foamy leucorrhea; candidal vaginitis causes the secretion of tofu-like or cheese-like white leucorrhea; and postmenopausal elderly people secrete thin, yellow leucorrhea that occasionally contains blood. ② Glandular hyperplasia, inflammation or tumor in the uterine cavity . The main symptom of glandular hyperplasia and intrauterine abdominal cancer is vaginal bleeding, but vaginal discharge may also increase due to the occurrence of the disease. Inflammation of the endometrium (such as inflammatory reactions caused by IUD insertion, artificial abortion, etc.) and inflammation after infection can cause an increase in secretions and changes in their properties, resulting in watery or serous discharge. ③Caused by cervical tumors and inflammation. Acute cervicitis can cause purulent leucorrhea, while chronic inflammation of the cervix can cause thick or purulent leucorrhea. The discharge from cervical cancer is thick or watery and can be odorless or have a foul odor. Changes in secretions are related to the early or late stage of the tumor: common early symptoms of cervical cancer and uterine body cancer are watery secretions from the vagina, which are serous secretions produced by the rupture of cancerous tissue. In the late stage, necrosis and infection of cancerous tissue will cause discharge of foul-smelling purulent and bloody secretions. ④Diseases of the fallopian tubes can cause abnormal vaginal discharge. Most patients with fallopian tube cancer have abnormal vaginal discharge. The clinical incidence of primary fallopian tube cancer is low, and its prominent symptom is paroxysmal vaginal discharge. The main reason why patients with fallopian tube disease cause abnormal discharge of water is that fallopian tube cancer can enhance the secretory function of the fallopian tube, forming fallopian tube exudate. The discharged fluid is mostly light yellow or mixed with bloody thin fluid, generally odorless, and some may have a foul odor. Therefore, if you have intermittent vaginal discharge of clear, yellowish-red color after menopause, you should consider whether it is fallopian tube cancer. If it is just simple fallopian tube inflammation, the secretions will not change significantly.
