What does it feel like after embryo transfer?

When the embryo is implanted after transplantation, it means that the embryo transplantation is successful. At this time, the woman will show certain symptoms, such as punctate bleeding and certain cramping symptoms. These are all symptoms of the fertilized egg implanting in the uterus. It will also cause symptoms of nausea, vomiting, fatigue, frequent urination, soft breasts, and a drop in body temperature.

1. Bleeding or cramps.

Eight days after ovulation and implantation, light pink or brown staining may occur, and cramping may accompany this. There may be some spotting during the menstrual period, but this is not a true menstrual period. This is the result of a fertilized egg implanting in the uterine lining.

2. Feeling nauseous.

Some people begin to experience symptoms of morning sickness in the first few weeks after conception. Women may feel nauseous or vomiting. The symptoms of nausea are not limited to the morning. Some people may feel nauseous all day and all night.

3. Feeling tired. The large amount of progesterone secretion can make women feel exhausted. Almost all pregnant women suffer from this symptom. Other symptoms can be observed to determine whether they are pregnant.

4. Going to the toilet frequently. After the fertilized egg implants in the uterine wall, it begins to secrete human chorionic gonadotropin (hCG). This will stimulate frequent urination, so you will go to the toilet more often than before.

5. Breasts become softer.

If a woman's breasts feel tingling, tender, and swollen, this could mean she is pregnant. This symptom may appear within the first few days after conception. Once a woman's body adjusts to the increased amount of hormones, the pain will subside and the breast discomfort will no longer occur.

6. The body temperature drops.

Generally, after IVF transplantation, if menstruation does not come on time, and the basal body temperature remains above 37 degrees for more than three weeks, after excluding other fever conditions, the embryo may have implanted.
