What does poor gestational sac tension mean?

The prerequisite for pregnancy is the fusion of the mother's egg and the father's sperm to form a sperm-egg combination, which then grows into a test tube embryo. Before the test tube embryo is formed, a gestational sac will appear. This is also a necessary process for the baby's development. So, how long does it take for the gestational sac to grow into a fetus? What does poor fetal sac support mean? Let’s study and train together.

What does poor fetal sac support mean?

The gestational sac has poor support, which is generally considered to be due to incomplete development of the gestational sac.

The fetal sac support is poor, which should be taken seriously. Most of the cases require further examination to help diagnose whether the fetal sac development is normal. This can be done by detecting changes in blood HCG.

If the blood HCG has a significant doubling the next day, it is generally considered that the fetal sac is developing relatively well; if the blood HCG has no significant doubling or the progesterone level is relatively low.

It is possible that the test tube embryo is not fully developed; regular follow-up uterine B-ultrasound is also required to understand the development of the gestational sac. If the gestational sac is developing well, continue to treat the fetus.

If the fetal sac is underdeveloped, it is recommended to terminate the pregnancy immediately. It is best to do some genetic eugenics tests to find out the cause of the gestational sac dysplasia.

How long does it take for the fetal sac to grow into a fetus?

Under normal circumstances, the fetal bud and fetal heart rate can be seen in the gestational sac around 6 weeks of pregnancy, and the initial cardiovascular heartbeat can be seen around 7 weeks of pregnancy. After the fetal bud and fetal heart rate gradually grow, the fetus is formed. The echoless sound in the gestational sac belongs to the amniotic fluid of the pregnant woman, which is the living condition of the fetus.

Table of fetal sac and fetal size

1. 4 weeks: The fetus is only 0.2 cm. The amniotic cavity is formed just after the sperm and egg combine and the embryo implants, and its volume is not large. Ultrasound cannot clearly show signs of pregnancy.

2.5 weeks: The fetus grows to 0.4 cm and enters the test tube embryo stage. The amniotic cavity expands, initial cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases appear, and heart beats may be present. B-ultrasound can show a small gestational sac, which occupies less than 1/4 of the uterine cavity, or the embryonic bud and fetal heartbeat can be seen from it.

3.6 weeks: The baby grows to 0.85 cm, the baby's head, brain bubble, frontal organs, respiratory, digestive, absorption, nerve and other organs are divided, the gestational sac is clearly visible on B-ultrasound, and the fetal bud, fetal heart and

Fetal heart rate.

4.7 weeks: The fetus grows to 1.33 cm. The test tube embryo has a human prototype, the body segments have all divided, the limbs have separated, and the various systems are further developing. B-ultrasound clearly shows the embryo, fetal heart rate and fetal heart rate. The gestational sac occupies about 1/3 of the uterine cavity.

5.8 weeks: The fetus grows to 1.66 cm, the fetal shape is fixed, the fetal head, body and limbs can be separated, and the fetal head is larger than the body. B-ultrasound shows that the gestational sac occupies about 1/2 of the vagina, and the shape of the fetus

The baby's fetal movements can be clearly seen here, and the yolk sac can be seen.

6.9 weeks: The fetus grows to 2.15 cm, the fetal head is larger than the embryo, the main manifestations of various parts are clearer, the head begins to thicken, and the embryo begins to grow. B-ultrasound shows that the gestational sac is almost filling the uterine cavity, the outline of the fetus is clearer, and the embryo has just begun to appear.

7. 10 weeks: The fetus grows to 2.83 cm.

How to tell the gender of the gestational sac

Some say it is accurate, some say it is forbidden. In fact, it is just that they are not good at reading the data, or the data time is not right. It should be looked at in this way. First of all, the data cannot exceed 8 weeks, 40 days is the best, and then there must be 3 data. Without 3 data, it cannot be distinguished. The gestational sac is cylindrical. When each B-ultrasound technician does B-ultrasound, the cross-section will be taken in a different direction. Some take cross-sections, and some take vertical cross-sections. Therefore, you cannot distinguish the gender by looking at whether the picture is long or round.

For example, the gestational sac is 40*20mm. There is no way to distinguish it at all. On the surface, the two numbers are half the distance, so it should be a boy. But no, because there is no third number. If it is 40*40*20, it is definitely a boy. But if the ultrasound technician does a cross-section, the gestational sac becomes two numbers of 40*40mm, which looks round. Then it is concluded that the gestational sac is round, but how did the child grow out? It seems like an absolute fraud. Therefore, there must be 3 pieces of data. If the gestational sac is an arithmetic progression, such as 40*30*20, then it is a girl. However, if the ultrasound technician takes a 40*20 cross-section, it looks like a boy's data, but a girl grows out, leading to the saying that the gestational sac cannot be used to determine the gender of the baby.

My friends, please go home and remember two pieces of data. If you can't see it, because every B-ultrasound technician gets the direction of the gestational sac differently, so it is impossible to distinguish. If there are three pieces of data, it is the easiest to distinguish. If two pieces of data are similar and the third piece is half smaller than the first two, then it is definitely a baby. If the data is a descending piece, it is a girl. Some data have a larger value that is not at the front. It's okay. Arrange the three data from large to small and try it yourself, for example: 40*25*39, or 39*25*40, etc. These are all children.
