Why no hymen?

Why no hymen?

In traditional Chinese concepts, the hymen is believed to represent chastity, and only bleeding on the wedding night can prove a woman's virginity. However, this view has also caused tragedies, and some people have divorced or lived unhappy lives because of it. A small number of women do not have no hymen, but their hymen is very thick and may not rupture after sexual intercourse. Some women's hymen may rupture due to excessive exercise, cycling and other factors. But there are a few women who do not have hymen. Why is that?

What are the symptoms of no hymen?

First, the hymen is a thin film with a hole in the center that covers the outer opening of a woman's vagina. It is located at the boundary between the vagina and the vaginal vestibule. Both sides of the film are pink and the surface is moist. If this is not the case, it means that there is no hymen.

Second, when a virgin has sex for the first time, her hymen will rupture and she will bleed profusely. If there is no bleeding after the first sex, it is possible that she does not have a hymen.

Third, the hymen of adolescents is smaller and thicker. As the female body matures, the hymen will gradually become larger, thinner, and more resilient. The hymen of an adult woman is about 1 to 2 mm thick, containing connective tissue, microvessels, and nerve endings.

Precautions

The hymen is extremely important to us, so we must take it seriously and protect it before getting married.
