What to check in early pregnancy

1. Examination of various parts of the body: including weight, blood pressure, and specific examination of the pregnant mother's thyroid, breasts, and pelvic cavity.

2. Blood drawing: The blood tests for pregnant mothers are mainly to test blood type, hemoglobin, liver function, kidney function, syphilis, hepatitis B, AIDS, etc., to take precautions against possible situations.

3. Check the uterus: Starting from the 6th week of pregnancy, the pregnant mother's uterus will gradually increase in size. By the 12th week, the fundus of the uterus will be above the pubic symphysis. By the 20th week of pregnancy, it will cross the pelvic cavity to the navel.

4. Weight consultation: Usually the doctor will ask the pregnant mother about her weight before pregnancy, which serves as a reference for the pregnant mother's weight gain in the future. The ideal weight gain for pregnant women during the entire pregnancy is 10-12.5 kg.

5. Listen to the heartbeat: The doctor will use a Doppler fetal heart rate monitor to listen to the baby's heartbeat, which is also a way to observe whether the baby is healthy.

6. Urine test: It mainly tests the values ​​of diabetes and proteinuria of pregnant mothers.
