Chinese patent medicine: Gujing Pills.

4 Promote blood circulation, remove blood stasis, regulate menstruation and stop bleeding. Prescription: 15g of raw rehmannia, 10g each of red peony root, peach kernel, angelica, moutan bark, bitter orange peel, and tortoise shell (pre-boiled), and 1.5g of Panax notoginseng powder (brewed with water). Chinese patent medicine: Xuefu Zhuyu Pills

5 Celery and day lily soup: 30 grams of dried celery and 15 grams of day lily. Add appropriate amount of water and boil it into a decoction. It has the function of clearing heat and cooling blood.

6 Celery and lotus root soup: 120 grams each of fresh celery and fresh lotus root slices, 15 grams of cooking oil and a little salt. Wash the celery and lotus root, cut the celery into shreds and the lotus root into slices. Place the pot on high heat, add raw oil and heat it until cooked, add celery and lotus root slices, add appropriate amount of fine salt, stir-fry for 5 minutes, add appropriate amount of water and cook, then season with seasoning before serving. It can clear away heat and cool blood.

7. Yam and wolfberry porridge: 20 grams each of yam and wolfberry, 60 grams of rice. Wash and cook into porridge. It has the functions of nourishing yin and stopping bleeding.
