What should I do if my vaginal immunity decreases?

If the vaginal immunity decreases, it will be easy to be affected by various gynecological diseases. Therefore, of course, you should pay attention to enhancing your body's immunity and resistance, because the decrease in resistance itself is also a trigger for various gynecological diseases. You should also eat a reasonable and healthy diet and develop good hygiene habits.

When women frequently stay up late, catch colds, have diarrhea, and often feel tired, their overall immunity may be declining, or the bacterial balance in the vagina may be disrupted due to special reasons, and the local cellular immunity of the vagina may be reduced. The Candida albicans lurking in the vagina will "wait for an opportunity" to multiply in large numbers, causing vulvar itching, increased leucorrhea, and even frequent urination and painful urination. Some women who have suffered from candidal vaginitis may have their symptoms alleviated or even disappear after treatment, but this does not mean that the Candida albicans in the vagina has disappeared. If the treatment is not thorough and follow-up is not done, the recurrence rate is still very high.

1. Enhance the body's immunity. Since we know that decreased resistance is an important cause of candidal vaginitis, we should pay attention to physical exercise in our daily life, enhance our ability to resist bacteria, eat a balanced diet, and eat less high-sugar foods.

2. Develop good personal hygiene habits. Many women think that they need to wash their hands only after going to the toilet. In fact, they should also wash their hands before going to the toilet to avoid bringing bacteria on their hands to the vagina when wiping the vulva; after defecation, it is best to wipe the vulva from front to back; underwear and socks should be washed in different basins.

3. There are some things to pay attention to when choosing underwear. Frequently wearing tight synthetic underwear is also one of the causes of candidal vaginitis. When choosing underwear, it is best to choose cotton, breathable and of the right size.

4. Do not abuse antibiotics. Long-term and excessive use of antibiotics will destroy the restrictive relationship between vaginal bacteria, causing Candida to lose its ability to grow excessively and cause disease. However, if it is necessary for treatment, it is fine to use antibiotics in moderation under the guidance of a doctor.
