3. There are some things to pay attention to when choosing underwear. Frequently wearing tight synthetic underwear is also one of the causes of candidal vaginitis. When choosing underwear, it is best to choose cotton, breathable and of the right size.

4. Do not abuse antibiotics. Long-term and excessive use of antibiotics will destroy the restrictive relationship between vaginal bacteria, causing Candida to lose its ability to grow excessively and cause disease. However, if it is necessary for treatment, it is fine to use antibiotics in moderation under the guidance of a doctor.
