How to treat candidal vaginitis?

For women, gynecological inflammation is a problem that often troubles them in their lives, and candidal vaginitis is also a very common type of gynecological disease. It has a dual impact on both life and body. So how to treat candidal vaginitis?

(1) Topical nystatin. Nystatin tablets can be inserted deep into the vagina once a night, 50,000-100,000 units each time, and a course of treatment is 7-10 days. If conditions permit, you can apply nystatin cold cream (50,000 units/g) to the vulva skin. Nystatin can also be taken orally.

(2) Every night or every other day, rinse the vulva and vagina with 2%-4% soda water before going to bed. After rinsing, apply 0.5%-1% gentian violet solution to the vaginal wall and vulva. Five times is a course of treatment.

(3) Traditional Chinese medicine treatment. Mix 1 tube of Bingpeng Powder with 2 tubes of Xilei Powder, then spray the vaginal wall once a day for 10 days as a course of treatment; decoct 3-5 mugwort leaves (or stems) or garlic stems into a decoction for external washing for 7 days as a course of treatment; decoct 15 grams each of Phellodendron chinense, Taraxacum mongolicum, Cnidium monnieri, and Sophora flavescens, then rub the vulva and vagina with a decoction, twice a day.

During treatment, you should pay attention to the following: keep the foot basin and the vulva basin separate, do not use them randomly or borrow them, and disinfect them with boiling water frequently after use; change underwear frequently, boil and disinfect, and dry them after washing every day, and do not wear them again; vulvar and vaginal medications should be used at the same time; the concentration of gentian violet solution should not be too high, and it should not be applied too frequently, so as not to cause vulvar or vaginal ulcers.
