What are the obvious symptoms of gynecological inflammation?

Due to the special physiological structure of women, they are easily affected by various gynecological inflammations. Common manifestations are abnormal vaginal discharge, increased vaginal discharge, reduced leucorrhea with odor, or dysmenorrhea, irregular menstruation, private itching and other symptoms.

1. Abnormal leucorrhea

Symptoms: colorless, transparent, sticky leucorrhea, white or grayish-yellow foamy leucorrhea, curd-like leucorrhea, tofu-like leucorrhea, watery leucorrhea, leucorrhea with blood, or increased or decreased leucorrhea or odor.

Causes: cervical erosion, cervical polyps, cervicitis, candidal vaginitis, Trichomonas vaginitis, bacterial vaginitis and pelvic inflammatory disease, etc.

2. Irregular menstruation and dysmenorrhea

Symptoms: Abnormal menstrual cycle or bleeding volume, or abdominal pain and systemic symptoms before and during menstruation.

Cause: organic disease or functional disorder. Blood diseases, hypertension, liver diseases, endocrine diseases, miscarriage, ectopic pregnancy, hydatidiform mole, reproductive tract infection, tumors (such as ovarian tumors, uterine fibroids), etc.

3. Itching and dampness in private parts

Symptoms: Vulvar itching is mostly located in the clitoris and labia minora, and may also affect the labia majora, perineum and even perianal areas. Long-term scratching may cause scratches, blood scabs or secondary folliculitis. It is often paroxysmal, but can also be continuous, especially in hot and humid summer weather.

Causes: candidal vaginitis, Trichomonas vaginitis, chronic vulvar malnutrition, poor hygiene habits, skin lesions, abrasions, common warts, herpes, eczema, tumors, etc.

4. Irregular vaginal bleeding

Symptoms: Bleeding can come from the vulva, vagina, cervix and endometrium, but most often comes from the uterus. Long-term continuous vaginal bleeding, irregular bleeding after menopause, bleeding after sexual intercourse, spotting before and after menstruation.

Causes: uterine fibroids, adenomyosis, dysfunctional uterine bleeding, endometrial cancer, miscarriage, ectopic pregnancy, hydatidiform mole, cervical erosion, cervical polyps, cervical cancer or submucosal fibroids, etc.

5. Low back pain and abdominal pain

Symptoms: Pain on one or both sides of the waist, which can often radiate to the legs, often accompanied by symptoms of external or internal injuries. Distension and pain in the lower abdomen and soreness in the lumbar region.
