Therefore, sometimes women who have been infertile for many years suddenly become pregnant before menopause. As age increases, ovarian function changes from unstable to declining and unbalanced, often manifesting before menopause with irregular menstruation, menstrual cycle disorders, prolonged menstruation, and continuous bleeding, while symptoms such as premenstrual tension syndrome, cyclical breast pain, edema, and headaches disappear. 4. Dietary treatment for menopausal irregular menstruation 1. Peanuts: Peanuts are rich in lecithin and cephalin, which are important substances needed by the nervous system. They can delay the decline of brain function, control platelet aggregation, and prevent the formation of cerebral thrombosis.
