This is what clitoral ulcers are like

The labia majora, labia minora, clitoris and other parts constitute the female vulva, so female clitoral ulcers can also be collectively referred to as female vulvar ulcers. In daily life, there are two forms of female vulvar ulcers, one is acute vulvar ulcer and the other is chronic vulvar ulcer. No matter which form of vulvar ulcer is very harmful to the reproductive health of women, it should be treated in time.

1) Acute vulvar ulcer Acute vulvar ulcer often occurs after scratching or when scars break. It is generally superficial, but the pain is severe, accompanied by fever, general discomfort, and swollen inguinal lymph nodes, but most of them can heal on their own. Acute vulvar ulcers caused by Behcet's disease are often severe, with severe redness and swelling at the ulcer site, irregular ulcer edges, digging, severe pain, and yellow pus on the ulcer surface, or the formation of a pseudomembrane. Pus and pseudomembrane were removed and the ulcer base was uneven. Ulcers can develop rapidly and may cause damage to the labia minora, known as the gangrenous type. Another more common type is called the non-malnutrition type, which has milder symptoms, a slower course of disease, and more numerous and shallow ulcers that often heal within a few weeks. However, new ulcers will appear near the old ulcers after they heal.

2) Chronic vulvar ulcers Chronic vulvar ulcers are mostly caused by tuberculosis and cancer, and are prone to occur in the labia, vestibule mucosa, clitoris, etc. The ulcers are small, shallow, irregular in shape, with an uneven base, and are painless, but can cause severe pain after being irritated by urine and friction. It is often necessary to make a pathological section and place it under a microscope to distinguish what type of ulcer it is.

3) General treatment remedies 1. For internal use, use 20 grams of coix seed, 18 grams each of dandelion and honeysuckle, 15 grams each of Patrinia scabra, Viola yedoensis, Alisma orientalis, Poria, Atractylodes macrocephala, Phellodendron chinense, Hedyotis diffusa, 12 grams of wild chrysanthemum, and 9 grams of Cortex Moutan. 2. For external washing, take 30 grams of Sophora flavescens, 25 grams of wild chrysanthemum and Patrinia salsa, 20 grams each of Rhubarb, Phellodendron amurense and Taraxacum officinale, and 18 grams of Viola yedoensis.
