The absolute safe period before menstruation

The absolute safe period before menstruation

At this stage, many couples do not want to have children because the cost of raising children is very high. However, women don't want to be welcomed so quickly. The number of customers who know the safe menstrual period should be well controlled. Women's safe menstrual period refers to the time without ovulation. The safe period of contraception is the best, so what are the days before menstruation when is the safe period?

The safe menstrual period is the days before menstruation.

Are the first seven and the last eight the safe menstrual period? The first seven and the last eight is a way to calculate the safe menstrual period. The "first seven" refers to the seven days before menstruation, and the "last eight" refers to the eight days starting from the first day of menarche. It should be noted that "the last eight" does not refer to the eight days after the end of the menstrual period. For example, if a woman starts her period on September 20 and ends on September 26, then the "first seven" refers to the seven days starting from September 13, and the "last eight" refers to the eight days before September 27, that is, the period from September 13 to September 27 is the woman's safe menstruation period.

However, the "first seven and last eight" of the female safe period depends on the menstrual cycle. This method of calculating the safe menstrual period is generally suitable for women with a menstrual cycle of about 28 days and regular menstruation. If a woman's menstrual cycle is less than 26 days, generally speaking, the "first seven" can still be calculated as the safe menstrual period, but the "last eight" is not suitable. Contraception during the safe period can also be affected by factors such as the mentality, climate, and environment, which may cause early, delayed, or even additional ovulation. Therefore, contraception during the safe period is not absolutely safe.

Women's menstrual cycle calculation

1. Menstrual cycle: The normal menstrual cycle is 28 days. Sometimes an early or delayed period of no more than 7 days is considered normal. Therefore, a normal menstrual cycle is no less than 21 days and no more than 35 days. The length of the menstrual cycle depends on the length of the development and maturity of the uterus in the female ovaries, while the length of the corpus luteum is the same, about 14 days. If the uterus takes a long time to develop, the menstrual cycle will be long, while the menstrual cycle will be short.

2. Menstrual time: Menstrual time refers to the duration of menstrual blood. The menstrual period of a normal woman is generally 2-8 days, with an average of 4-6 days. If the menstruation is normal and there is no other obvious special cause that causes the menstruation to be advanced or delayed for more than 7 days, or the menstruation is prolonged, you should consider whether you have symptoms such as irregular menstruation.

When the menstrual period comes, you should pay attention to hygiene during the menstrual period, because women's immunity is low during the menstrual period and they are easily infected. If you don't pay attention to hygiene, it is easy to cause various gynecological diseases, such as irregular menstruation, dysmenorrhea, vaginitis, multifunctional uterine bleeding, etc. These symptoms will hinder pregnancy after marriage. If you have symptoms of irregular menstruation, you should get checked to identify the cause and seek timely treatment to avoid affecting future pregnancy.
