Treatments for female urinary incontinence are very effective

Some women have symptoms of urinary incontinence for a long time. I can improve it by exercising the pelvic floor muscles, or deliberately exercising bladder function. These can improve the symptoms of urinary incontinence. If this method does not work, it is best to go to the hospital for a detailed examination.

First, pelvic floor muscle exercises. Patients can naturally contract the pelvic floor and levator ani muscles, doing it twenty times each time, and it is best to do it three times a day. If you can persist, you can increase the number of times appropriately, and each time should last for more than 10 seconds. This action is mainly to train the active interruption of urination during urination, and then repeat the exercise to continue urination. Such persistent exercise can effectively treat urinary incontinence.

Second, bladder function exercises. It is a way to treat avian incontinence by controlling the patient's urination time, setting a prescribed time for urination, and extending the urination interval appropriately after training, thereby increasing the bladder capacity. The patient uses his or her own consciousness to control urination and rebuild the bladder control consciousness, ultimately restoring urination.

Third, mild urinary incontinence can be controlled by training the pelvic floor muscles. For example: when you are urinating, you may suddenly want to hold it back for 3 to 5 seconds and then relax, and repeat this 15 to 25 times. If your stomach is hard when you hold it back, it means that the pelvic floor muscle training method is incorrect.

Fourth, factors that aggravate urinary incontinence

Factors that aggravate urinary incontinence: obesity, constipation, and high-intensity exercise.

The symptoms of urinary incontinence will be aggravated in overweight people. Overweight people have the most fat in two places: one is subcutaneous and the other is in the abdominal cavity. Therefore, the pressure in the abdominal cavity of overweight people is greater than that of normal people. In addition, overweight people have low muscle content and weaker muscle strength, so overweight people are more likely to have aggravated urinary incontinence.
