Teach you how to judge: What are the symptoms of false labor?

If a pregnant woman experiences regular uterine contractions between 28 and 37 weeks in the late pregnancy, it may be a sign of premature birth. At this time, the expectant mother needs to check the uterine contractions to determine whether it is a sign of premature birth, because false uterine contractions often occur starting from the 28th week of pregnancy.

Starting from the 28th week of pregnancy, expectant mothers may often experience false labor. Because in the middle and late stages of pregnancy, the enlarged uterus begins to descend. In addition, the descending fetal head increases the pressure on the pelvis. Pregnant women often experience symptoms such as "feeling like their belly is falling and they can't straighten their backs." If pregnant women stand or sit in the same posture for a long time, they will feel their abdomen hardening (i.e., symptoms of a tight belly). This is false labor. The characteristics of false labor are that the time of occurrence is irregular and the intensity varies from time to time. Before delivery, false labor will become more and more frequent due to the traction stimulation of the lower uterine segment caused by the descending fetal head.

When false labor occurs, the expectant mother does not need to go to the hospital for treatment, just need to make slight adjustments to relieve it. The specific method is to learn the breathing technique, lie flat, close your eyes, relax your mind, breathe deeply through your nose; breathe deeply through your mouth to relax your abdomen; after inhaling through your nose, hold your breath, and then exhale deeply.
