Does liposuction surgery really cause loss of libido?

Does liposuction surgery really cause loss of libido?

The lip knife is a professional technology for minimally invasive diagnosis and treatment of cervical diseases. With the development of medical technology, the means of treating female cervical diseases are no longer limited to drugs and basic surgery. However, any surgery has risks, and Lipknife surgery to treat cervical disease may also leave sequelae, so choose carefully!

1. Postoperative complications of Lipknife surgery:

1. Too deep treatment can easily cause local cervical tissue contracture, scar formation, insensitivity during sexual intercourse, reduced cervical secretions, and even low libido;

2. It may also lead to cervical gland atresia, causing changes in cervical mucus and infertility, or cause cervical dilation obstruction during delivery, resulting in cervical stenosis, etc., causing trouble for future fertility and difficulty in delivery. If the treatment is too superficial or limited in scope, the diseased tissue in the eroded area cannot be completely destroyed, resulting in residual diseased tissue and causing recurrence. Moreover, the relapse is often more serious than the previous symptoms. Mild cases will turn into moderate cases, and moderate cases will turn into severe cases, so you must choose carefully.

2. Precautions after Lipknife surgery

1. Prevent infection after surgery, give antibiotics for 5-7 days, and prevent bleeding;

2. Vaginal discharge begins 2 to 3 days after surgery and is normal if it lasts for 2 to 4 weeks;

3. 1-2 weeks after the operation, the cervical wound will begin to bleed slightly after the scabs fall off, which will stop on its own in about 4-6 weeks. If the bleeding is more than the menstrual cycle volume or gradually increases, the patient needs to return to the hospital for follow-up immediately;

4. Follow-up visits should be conducted 1-2 months after surgery to check wound healing and, if necessary, topical medications should be used to promote epithelial repair;

5. Sexual intercourse, bathing and washing are prohibited for 2 months after surgery;

6. Do not ride a bicycle or lift heavy objects for one month after the operation.
