Ingredients: 300g pork liver, 4 cherry tomatoes, appropriate amount of lily, 3 slices of ginger.

Method: 1. Cut the pork liver into thin slices, blanch it in boiling water, and take it out. It is better to choose pork liver that is light in color and close to pink.

2. Marinate the pork liver for about 10 minutes. If you want the pork liver to be fully flavored, you can add appropriate amounts of soy sauce, wine, pepper and cornstarch to the chopped pork liver before making the soup. When marinating, use your hands to ensure that the seasoning is fully mixed.

3. Dice the tomatoes and cook with the lily bulbs over medium heat for about 10 minutes. Add the ginger slices. The tomatoes used for making soup should be hard to the touch.
