2. 4. If you have dizziness for more than two weeks, you should get checked.

If the problem persists or is severe, you should see a doctor for further examination. Generally speaking, acute dizziness will last for one to two weeks at most and then disappear. If it lasts longer than that, you should see a doctor as soon as possible.
