What to do with female urinary tract infection? There are ways to regulate your diet

Due to the special physiological structure of women, the urethra opening is close to the vagina and anus, so women are more prone to urinary tract infections. Urinary tract infection has a great impact on women's physical health. If it is not treated in time, it will become a chronic disease and may cause diseases such as renal failure. So what should women do if they have urinary tract infections?

1. Diet adjustment

1:① Patients should eat a light diet and eat less irritating foods, such as chili peppers, ginger, onions, garlic, etc., and do not drink alcohol. ② During the remission period, you should eat more nourishing and kidney-tonifying foods, such as lean meat, fish, shrimp, fungus, etc., to strengthen your physical fitness and improve your body's immunity.

2:③ During the attack period, eat mainly light, easily digestible and nutritious food, drink more light tea or boiled water, and eat some foods that invigorate qi, detoxify and promote diuresis, such as mung bean soup, winter melon soup, pears, etc.

3:④ Eat less spinach, because spinach contains more oxalic acid. Oxalic acid and calcium combine to form insoluble calcium oxalate, which can easily form urinary stones in patients with chronic urinary tract infections. ⑤ Drink more water. Urinary tract infection is caused by bacterial growth. You need to urinate more to flush the urethra and expel bacteria and inflammation.

2: Urinary tract infection remedies

Plantain recipe: 30 grams of plantain (double the amount of fresh plantain), add appropriate amount of water to boil the juice, and drink it instead of tea.

For Imperata Root Soup, take 30 grams of Imperata Root (double the amount of fresh Imperata Root), add appropriate amount of water to boil the juice, drink it instead of tea, or you can also add some fresh sugarcane.

The above two folk remedies can also be taken together, so that the efficacy will be stronger. Patients with urinary tract infection should drink water, tea, and soup with meals every day during the onset period. The total water intake needs to be 2.5 liters. The purpose of this is to increase urine volume. Increased urine volume can speed up the excretion of bacteria and inflammatory exudates. After the symptoms are relieved, persist for a few more days until the symptoms disappear.

Three: In many cases, women have urinary tract sensation

Infection is related to unclean sexual life. Many men do not pay attention to the cleanliness of their genitals. They do not clean themselves well before having sex with women, and do not wear condoms, which leads to urinary tract infection in women. Therefore, it is best not to have sex during the treatment period. Even if you do, you must wear condoms to avoid recurrence of the disease.
