Girls, stop drinking it! Be careful not to drink too much and get infertile

There is always a constant stream of customers in front of the milk tea shops in the streets and alleys, and the delicious taste makes many women love it. But these silky smooth milk tea may cause female infertility. Why is that? Let’s take a look with the editor below.

In fact, milk tea has little nutritional value. The main ingredient of milk tea is creamer, which is very harmful to human health. It contains trans fatty acids and heavy metals, which can easily lead to diseases such as diabetes, coronary heart disease, tumors and infertility.

Usually when we drink milk tea, we always feel it is very fragrant, but is there fresh milk added to milk tea? Whether it is some chain stores or some ordinary small stores, the ingredients used are almost all creamer. The main reason is that creamer and flavors taste better than real milk.

Creamer is mainly made of non-dairy creamer and non-dairy milk. No milk is added during the production process. Instead, water and various additives are added to vegetable oil. After blending, emulsification, sterilization and drying, it is made into something similar to milk. During the entire production process, some heavy metals such as nickel and chromium will inevitably remain, and these heavy metals are difficult to be decomposed and excreted by the human body. The trans fatty acids contained in creamer are not easily digested and absorbed by the human body. Long-term accumulation in the body will lead to the occurrence of obesity. Trans fatty acids also contain high calories and cholesterol, which are very harmful to the human body. At the same time, it will increase the viscosity of the blood and cause certain damage to memory. If you consume too much trans fatty acids for a long time, it will increase the risk of female infertility.

What are trans fats?

The so-called "trans fat" can be divided into two categories: one is natural and the other is artificially produced. The natural trans fat is found in beef, mutton and cow and sheep milk. The content is not high and research has shown that it has no harm. The other type is trans fat produced during the processing and cooking of oils, and there is sufficient evidence for its harmful effects. Therefore, beef, mutton, pure milk and pure cheese are safe to eat.

Artificially produced trans fats can be divided into two categories: those produced intentionally and those produced unintentionally. The "intentional production" of trans fats began in 1910. Hydrogenation technology can artificially control the hardness of the product, allowing liquid soybean oil to become as hard as lard or butter, or even as hard as stone. These products can also be mixed with other ingredients to make food ingredients with all kinds of attractive flavors, such as shortening, which is indispensable in the baking industry, and creamer, which is popular in various instant powder products. The problem is that if the hydrogenation process is incomplete, it will contain more or less "trans fatty acids", referred to as "trans fats".

Another type of "unintentional" trans fat is produced during the processing or cooking of oils and fats. As long as it is liquid fat, it is rich in various "unsaturated fatty acids". Trans fats will be produced when heated at a temperature above 180°C for a long time, such as during frying or pan-frying. The longer it is heated, the more trans fat is produced.

In fact, the daily trans fatty acid intake of the human body should not exceed 1% of the total energy. If consumed in excess, it can cause a variety of diseases. Therefore, stay away from milk tea and stay away from harm.

So what other foods contain trans fatty acids?

People have been surrounded by all kinds of processed foods containing trans fats. Crisp biscuits, cookies, egg tarts, pies, various snacks, various crispy pastries, various fried foods, puff pastry, chocolate pudding, hot chocolate drinks, chocolate sauce, peanut butter, vegetable cream, ice cream, milk tea, chocolate candy, butter candy, "milk" for coffee, "fresh milk" for decorating cakes, various instant sweet paste powders, and even some powdered soup bases that can be made into thick soups... I don't know how many processed foods contain trans fats to varying degrees, because these foods are keen on using various "delicious ingredients" from hydrogenated vegetable oils.

But the most fortunate thing is that foods with high trans fat content happen to be foods with low nutritional value, high energy and high fat. Not eating them for a lifetime will do no harm to your health.

I hope both men and women can pay attention and avoid these foods in their diet.
