Do tampons really work?

Do tampons really work?

Women will use tampons or sanitary napkins during their menstrual period. In today's life, tampons are not more widely used than sanitary napkins, so let us popularize some methods of using tampons. If we use tampons, we can follow these steps to avoid some adverse problems.

Step 1: Wash your hands and open the outer package.

Step 2: Find a more comfortable position. Many people like to stand with their knees slightly bent, which can fully open the vaginal area and relax the muscles.

Step 3: Use your middle finger and thumb to pinch the end of the thick tube, let the string hang naturally, and gently insert it upwards into the vagina in the direction of the back until the fingers touch the body.

Step 4: Then use your index finger to gently push the inner insert strip into the vagina until the inner insert strip is flush with the outer thick tube.

Step 5: At this time, the tampon is inside the thick tube. Pinch the two tubes and move them out together. This is when the tampon is already in your vagina. The drawstring is hanging outside. It is used when you want to take out the tampon later. When you don't feel the tampon, it means it is in the right position. If you feel uncomfortable, it means you haven't pushed it in deep enough. It is stuck in the vaginal opening and you can feel uncomfortable. If this happens, you can only gently pull out the tampon and put it in again with a new one to make sure that the tampon is placed deep enough. Generally, after practicing a few times, you will be very skilled.

Step 6: Disposal of the insertion tube. After you insert the tampon, put the insertion tube back into its original wrapping paper and throw it in the trash. Do not rinse the insertion tube.

Step 7: How to remove the tampon. First relax. If you are very nervous, it will be difficult to remove. Gently pull the pull rope and pull it down according to the angle you inserted the tampon. It will be easily pulled out. If you find it difficult to pull it out, it means that the menstrual blood inside is not full yet and it is not smooth enough. In that case, you can either wait a little longer before removing it, or put a smaller amount of tampons next time.

The above is about how to use tampons. I believe that after understanding these methods and steps, if you want to use tampons during menstruation, you should know how to use them. The use of these sanitary products during menstruation cannot be ignored, because only correct use can effectively avoid the occurrence of some reproductive diseases.
