What should nurses eat when they stay up late?

Nurses often have the habit of staying up late. We all know that staying up late is not good for the body. Staying up late is also very harmful to the body. In short, the chance of staying up late must be as little as possible. Staying up late can also cause many diseases to the body, but some people have to stay up late, and they have to stay up late every day, especially many people who have to work night shifts. If staying up late often leads to malnutrition, they must adjust their diet. So what should nurses eat when they stay up late?

1. There are two time points when you need to close your eyes and take a rest: 12 o'clock and 4 o'clock

Reason: 12 is the beginning of the day, because you stay up late, your day and night are reversed. If you can rest for 20 minutes at 12 o'clock, you will be energetic throughout the night; 4 o'clock is the time when heart attacks are most frequent, because you did not rest when you should have, so the heart is under great load, so you must pay attention at 4 o'clock.

2. Don't use coffee to wake up. Caffeine can give you a buzz, but later in life you may notice signs of addiction and a bad temper. My suggestion is green tea.

Reason: Green tea is a natural way to refresh the mind and remove free radicals from the body, which is beneficial to the body without any harm.

3. Even if you stay up late, you must eat on time and don’t hurt your appetite.

Suggestion: Drink a cup of yogurt before staying up late at night, or have a bowl of millet porridge with boiled eggs.

4. Try to get as much rest as possible during the day. Don’t eat immediately after waking up. Drink a glass of warm salt water first. Don't eat too much meat or fish. There is no need for any supplements. Try to choose light and nourishing foods.

In winter, white radish and mutton soup is very good. In autumn, cook some autumn pears to remove dryness, calm the mind and warm the throat. In summer, don't be too greedy for coolness. Add some vermicelli to winter melon, duck breast and tofu soup to lose weight and replenish the body's nutrition. In spring, fruit replenishes water and vitamins.

It is especially good for nurses to eat more of these foods when they stay up late. Staying up late does not necessarily lead to harm. Some people have to stay up late because of work. In this case, they must eat more of these foods to help the body regulate and replenish the body with nutrition. In this way, they will not become weak or in poor physical condition in the long run.
