What should women do about menopausal syndrome?

In normal life, we often hear some middle-aged male friends complain that their wives have become unreasonable during this period. They always get angry with their partners for no reason, and their temperaments become more strange, making it difficult for people to get close to them. In fact, this is because their wives have reached menopause. So what should women do about menopausal syndrome? Regarding this issue, please discuss it with me in the next period of time.

More than half of postmenopausal women experience menopausal symptoms, including hot flashes, night sweats, palpitations, insomnia, or mood swings.

Most women stop menstruating between the ages of 48 and 52, and the several years before and after menstruation are called menopause.

1. Reduce physical discomfort:

There are some symptoms during menopause that make the body uncomfortable. If you want to reduce the symptoms, you can ask your doctor to prescribe medicine.

Use small doses of female hormones, which can be taken orally, injected, or as ointments or patches; take tranquilizers or sleeping pills to help you sleep.

2. Health care:

A balanced and nutritious diet and regular exercise can help you reduce physical stress.

Supplement adequate vitamins, iron, calcium, quit smoking and maintain your weight.

3. Regular inspection:

Have a full body health check-up every year, a cervical cancer smear and pelvic examination every six months; and measure bone mass to prevent osteoporosis.

4. Relieve stress:

Don't reject the arrival of menopause. The human body will naturally reach this period, so just let it take its course. You can use other learning to reduce the psychological pressure of menopause, cultivate new interests, and immerse yourself in them.

Low-fat diet is particularly important during menopause - it should be light and avoid taking away the flavor. Choose vegetable oil, eat cornmeal and vegetables, fruits, lean meat, fish and other low-cholesterol foods, and eat more soy micro-products. Many vegetable fibers, such as bean sprouts, radish, taro, seaweed, etc., help increase gastrointestinal motility. Onions and garlic have good lipid-lowering and digestion-promoting effects; black fungus and shiitake mushrooms are invigorating and aid digestion; fresh dates, kiwis, etc. are rich in vitamin C, which have a certain effect on relieving hypercholesterolemia and promoting iron absorption. As for menopausal skin problems, they are not serious diseases, but just a physiological phenomenon. The key is to find the right skin care products to provide proper care. In other words, it is necessary to effectively manage the skin according to age. For example, products extracted from a variety of natural plant essences, effective anti-aging ingredients and rich vitamins A and E can effectively resist cell aging, improve the skin's ability to retain water, and restore the balance of unbalanced skin to restore a healthy glow.

The above paragraphs have given us a good introduction to the symptoms of menopausal syndrome in women. I believe that as long as friends read the above content carefully, they will have a deeper understanding and more proficient mastery of these symptoms. Of course, I would like to remind everyone that although women’s behavior during menopause may be more difficult to accept, as their partners we should still care about and help them more.
