When is the best time to do angiography?

The physical fitness of many people is not as good as before, so we must regularly carry out some examination measures to check whether there are some diseases in our body. We can do some angiography, which can effectively help us find out whether we have liver disease, but we must pay attention to when is the best time to do the angiography.

1. Hysterosalpingography is performed 3-7 days after the menstruation ends. If it is performed too early, it can easily cause damage to the endometrium, causing menstrual blood to remain in the uterine cavity and flow through the abdominal cavity, which can then cause multiple bacterial infections.

2. If your menstruation is regular, do it 3-7 days after the menstruation ends. If you do it too early, you cannot completely rule out the possibility of endometrial wounds. The blood vessels are not completely closed at this time, which may cause endometriosis. If the operation is performed too late, the endometrium will thicken, which can easily block the opening of the fallopian tube, making it difficult for the contrast agent to enter the fallopian tube and causing iatrogenic pseudo-fallopian tube obstruction. It can also easily cause prolonged and heavy vaginal bleeding after surgery. For patients with irregular menstruation or even amenorrhea, B-ultrasound should be done first to check the thickness of the endometrium. If the endometrium is thin, angiography can be done. If the endometrium is thick, medication can be used to induce menstruation, and angiography can be done 3-7 days after the menstruation ends.

Every morning is the best time to do angiography. We must not eat certain foods before doing angiography, otherwise it may affect our normal examination results. At the same time, we must develop good habits of scientific eating in our daily life. Reasonable arrangement of our diet is very helpful for our physical health.
