What foods to eat to treat uterine cold

Traditional Chinese medicine believes that women's bodies are yin, so they are relatively cold. This is indeed the case in practice, as we can easily find that women are more likely to be afraid of cold. This is due to their cold constitution. Cold constitution is also manifested in symptoms such as cold uterus in women. This symptom is very harmful to the female body. It not only causes symptoms such as irregular menstruation and dysmenorrhea, but in severe cases it can also lead to infertility.

Female uterine cold can be treated through diet therapy. Here are some commonly used diet therapy methods:

1. Boil chicken with motherwort. 1 black chicken, 500g of motherwort (divide into 4 portions, soak in wine, vinegar, ginger juice, and Chuanxiong juice respectively and fry until dry). Put the prepared motherwort into the chicken's chest, cook it with clear soup, and eat it with the chicken alone or with wine. Roast the chicken bones and medicinal residues and grind them into powder. Add 120g of angelica, 60g of knotweed and 18g of ginger and grind them into powder. Make into pills with refined honey. Each pill weighs 9g. Take 1 pill each morning, noon and evening. Mainly used to treat long-term infertility.

2. Angelica and Polygala wine. 150g each of whole angelica and polygala, 1500g of sweet wine. Seal the angelica and polygala with gauze, soak them in wine, and seal them. It can be opened after 7 days, and the residue can be removed and set aside. Drink it warm every night, in any amount you want, without interruption. When the wine is used up, it shall be remade according to the law. Its function is to promote blood circulation, unblock menstruation and harmonize Qi and blood. Suitable for women with irregular menstruation or insufficient qi and blood.

Women with uterine cold should pay attention to their diet and avoid eating raw, cold and some cold foods, such as cabbage, white radish, cauliflower, yellow radish, green tea, etc. Eat more black foods, such as black rice, black fungus, black dates, etc. Eat more hot foods such as ginger, chocolate, brown sugar, dates, water chestnuts, longans, and lychees. These are all cold-dispelling and warming foods, and eating them regularly is good for your body.

The harm of cold uterus to women's body is quite serious. In daily life, we can regulate it through some scientific means. For example, in daily life, strengthening physical exercise can increase blood circulation in the body and make the qi and blood in the body more abundant, which can help expel cold uterus. Some nutritionists suggest that women with cold uterus can eat more warm food to improve our cold constitution. In winter, keeping warm can also have a good effect on alleviating cold uterus.
