How to eliminate uterine fibroids

How to eliminate uterine fibroids

Women are worth tens of millions of dollars, especially now they make certain contributions to their families and society, so their health is also a concern. Gynecological diseases such as uterine fibroids are very common in daily life. They will have a certain impact on women's reproductive health and will also cause mental stress. So how to eliminate uterine fibroids? It has become an issue of great concern.

First of all, since uterine fibroids are a benign tumor, patients who generally have no symptoms do not need treatment. Women with milder symptoms can take certain medications. Traditional Chinese medicine believes that the cause of uterine fibroids is deficiency of Qi and blood, accumulation of cold and dampness, and it is difficult to cure simply with conservative treatment with drugs. Therefore, under normal circumstances, the following methods can be used to treat uterine fibroids.

1. If you have already been diagnosed with uterine fibroids, the main task is to ensure that the patient has a good attitude to deal with it. It is important to correctly understand that uterine fibroids are a common disease among women, there are many treatment methods, and the recovery rate is relatively high, so patients must manage their emotions, otherwise their endocrine system will become more unstable and will have a negative impact on their condition.

2. If the patient has no discomfort and no worsening of the condition, then regular follow-up visits should be conducted and medication should be taken regularly under the guidance of a doctor.

3. If the condition is serious, surgery is required. This surgery is to remove the uterine fibroids without damaging the uterus as much as possible. This treatment method is mainly used for women under 40 years old. Removing only the uterine fibroids can preserve fertility.

4. Surgical treatment is applicable when the patient no longer has the desire to get pregnant and the uterine fibroids already have signs of pathological changes.

5. Ultrasonic treatment is currently a more advanced treatment method. It is mainly based on ultrasound focusing to improve the location of the disease, causing the tumor to coagulate and necrotize, thereby achieving treatment. This can cause uterine fibroids to shrink and relieve symptoms.
