What are the gynecological acupuncture points?

I believe that many women are facing the problem of gynecological diseases nowadays, and they are troubled by the treatment because it is difficult to cure it and it always recurs. There are also countless topical medicines for treating gynecological diseases on the market, and people are confused about how to choose the treatment method. However, many women now use acupuncture to treat gynecological diseases. So which acupuncture points are used to treat gynecological diseases? I believe everyone wants to know the answer, so let me introduce it to you below.

Zhongwan Point: An acupuncture point on the human body, belonging to the Ren Meridian of the Eight Extraordinary Meridians. The main diseases treated by this point are digestive system diseases, such as abdominal distension, diarrhea, abdominal pain, abdominal rumbling, acid regurgitation, vomiting, constipation, jaundice, etc. In addition, it is also effective for general stomach problems, loss of appetite, dizziness, tinnitus, acne, lack of energy, and neurasthenia.

Shenque Point: Shenque Point, which is the belly button, also known as the navel, is an important point on the Ren Meridian of the human body. It is located in the navel parallel to the Mingmen point. After being hit, it impacts the intercostal nerves, vibrates the intestines and bladder, injures the qi, and causes the body to malfunction. It is the most secret and crucial acupoint in human life and the longevity acupoint in the human body. Shenque is a yang point on the Ren Meridian.

Guanyuan Point: Guanyuan Point is located three inches below the navel. It has the function of nourishing the vital energy and strengthening the foundation, as well as replenishing the lower part of the body. It can be used when vital energy is depleted. It is mostly used clinically for diseases of the urinary and reproductive systems.

Gong point: Uterus point, the name of an extrameridian point, from the "Compendium of Acupuncture and Moxibustion". It was originally said to be "two inches on both sides of Zhongji". Now, according to "Compendium of Acupuncture and Moxibustion", it is located in the lower abdomen, 4 inches below the navel and 3 inches away from Zhongji.

Guilai Point: One of the acupuncture points in traditional Chinese medicine, belonging to the Stomach Meridian of Foot-Yangming. In the lower abdomen, 4 inches below the umbilicus and 2 inches lateral to the anterior midline. Abdominal pain, hernia, irregular menstruation, leucorrhea, and prolapse of the genitals.

The Eight Liao Points: also known as the Shang Liao, Ciliao, Zhong Liao and Xialiao, there are eight points on the left and right, located in the first, second, third and fourth posterior sacral foramina, collectively known as the "Eight Points".

The Eight Liao are eight acupoints: Shang Liao, Ci Liao, Zhong Liao and Xia Liao, each in a pair, so they are called "Eight Liao".

Zusanli: Zusanli acupoint is one of the main acupoints of "Stomach Meridian of Foot Yangming". It is located on the outer side of the calf, 3 inches below Dubi, on the line connecting Dubi and Jiexi, with the lateral sural cutaneous nerve distributed in the superficial layer. The deep layer contains branches or tributaries of the anterior tibial artery and vein. It is mainly used to treat gastrointestinal diseases, paralysis of the lower limbs, mental illness, surgical diseases, and symptoms of consumptive disease. The operation method is to pierce vertically 1~2 inches.

Sanyinjiao: Sanyinjiao is one of the commonly used acupoints of the Taiyin spleen of the foot. It is the meeting point of the three yin meridians of the foot (liver, spleen, and kidney) and comes from the "Acupuncture and Moxibustion Jia Yi Jing". Sanyinjiao is located on the inner side of the calf, 3 inches above the tip of the inner ankle and behind the inner edge of the tibia. Regularly tapping this point can regulate and replenish the qi and blood of the liver, spleen, and kidney meridians, and is effective in treating endocrine disorders and preventing and treating modern civilization diseases (hypertension, diabetes, coronary heart disease, etc.). Insert vertically 1 to 1.5 inches

I believe that through the above understanding, everyone can clearly know which acupuncture points to use to treat gynecological diseases. I would also like to remind everyone that acupuncture is a cycle of 15 days, then stop for 3-5 days and continue for another 15 days, and repeat this cycle. Of course, this cycle also depends on the extent of your disease treatment. Some people see obvious therapeutic effects after more than ten days of treatment, while others do not see good results even after several months of treatment. I hope what I said can help you, I wish you good health.
