Menopausal women can choose some light physical labor and housework, such as growing flowers, cooking, sweeping the floor, washing clothes, etc., which will be good for the body. Among the elderly people over 80 years old, more than 80% are manual laborers, which shows the importance of labor to health. However, physical labor cannot replace physical exercise.
