What does it feel like to use a tampon?

In fact, sanitary tampons have been invented for a long time, and this history can be traced back to 1929. In 1929, American doctor Denver invented the first sanitary tampon for women to use during menstruation and applied for a patent. Tampons are becoming more and more popular among people, especially women during menstruation. Using tampons can liberate the body and allow women to move as usual during menstruation.

Tampons make me feel freer. "My period is a burden because sanitary napkins remind me all the time. I can't wear certain clothes during my period because it's obvious that I'm wearing sanitary napkins. I have to pay attention to leakage prevention and be careful when walking or standing up suddenly, not to mention exercise. But since I got this built-in tampon, everything has changed."

What is an internal tampon? It is a menstrual hygiene product placed in the vagina to directly absorb menstrual blood in the body. It is made of a piece of safe and hygienic pure white cotton wool that is tightly compressed and has a very strong absorption capacity. Once it comes into contact with menstrual blood, it will quickly and evenly expand radially in all directions, gently clinging to the vaginal wall, and can absorb all menstrual blood in the body. Therefore, it can prevent leakage and keep the outside of the body clean and dry.

Will tampons damage the hymen? No. Because there is a small hole in the middle of the hymen, with a diameter of about 1.8-2.5cm, while the diameter of a tampon is only 1.5cm. Even after the tampon swells up due to menstrual blood, it can easily pass through the resilient hymen without causing any damage.

Are internal tampons hygienic and safe? The most common ones on the market, such as Johnson & Johnson OB, are produced under strict quality control. Their hygiene indicators meet international standards. They are sealed with plastic film and are specially equipped with plastic finger sleeves to prevent bacteria on the hands from contacting the body, so they are very hygienic and safe. Clinical trials and long-term use by European and American women have shown that using tampons does not promote the growth of bacteria and microorganisms.

In fact, the biggest feeling of using tampons is that it makes the body relax. When you first use it, you may feel a strange feeling, but when your body gets used to it, this feeling will soon disappear. Some tampons are of the catheter type. When in use, the main function of the catheter is to facilitate insertion. If it is a tampon without a catheter, be sure to wash your hands before use.
