Why should women take care of their uterus?

Environmental pollution is becoming more and more serious, life pressure is increasing, and many electronic products have certain radiation, which are harmful to women's health. More and more women are suffering from gynecological diseases. Gynecological diseases have even become a threat to women's health. Women must pay attention to them. So let us understand why women need to maintain their uterus!

Smoking

Medically proven, women who smoke are more likely to get cancer, with an 80% higher risk of cervical cancer. The rate of moderate or above cervical intraepithelial cell carcinoma in women who smoke is 3.5 times that of non-smoking women.

Long-term exposure to secondhand smoke can increase women's risk of developing cervical precancerous lesions by up to 7.2 times. At the same time, smoking can cause different health problems for women of different ages.

If women smoke during pregnancy, it is easy to cause ectopic pregnancy and low breast milk secretion; unmarried women are prone to infertility or symptoms such as dysmenorrhea and accelerated skin aging; and smoking in menopausal women can cause osteoporosis or urinary incontinence.

Not paying attention to sex life

Not paying attention to hygiene during sexual life can cause gynecological diseases such as vaginitis, cervicitis, cervical erosion, and fallopian tube inflammation. It may even become an important risk factor for vulvar cancer, vaginal cancer, cervical cancer and fallopian tube cancer.

In addition, attention should be paid to the maintenance of the uterus. Sexual life should not be too early or chaotic, especially during menstruation and childbirth, which are important factors in the development of cervical cancer. Sexual intercourse is prohibited during the first three months of pregnancy.

Because the embryo is not yet firmly attached to the uterus at this time, miscarriage is prone to occur. Sexual intercourse is also prohibited during the last three months of pregnancy. Sexual transactions stimulate uterine contractions and lead to miscarriage, premature birth, uterine bleeding or puerperal fever.

Especially in the last 4 weeks of pregnancy, sexual intercourse may cause fetal membrane inflammation, leading to risks such as premature rupture of membranes, premature birth and postpartum infection, so sexual intercourse should be strictly prohibited.

Why do women need to take care of their uterus? First of all, this is a place for the baby to develop, which is related to the woman's life and family life after marriage, so it must be well protected. Secondly, protecting the uterus is equivalent to protecting the health of women. Only by protecting the uterus can women be radiant, have good skin and a healthy body.
