Is it pregnancy if I don't have my period?

You can't say that not having a period means you're pregnant. If your menstrual period is very regular and there is a delay of more than a week, you can use a test strip or go to the hospital for a blood test to determine whether you are pregnant. Some people do not normally have symptoms of dysmenorrhea, and there is no big difference between before their period and usual, so they cannot feel it. Whether you are pregnant or not needs to be checked to be completely clear, it cannot be judged or guessed from symptoms. If your menstrual period is irregular, you need to check your hormones on the 2nd to 4th day of your period, otherwise irregular menstruation will affect pregnancy.

Infrequent menstruation is generally not pregnancy. Abnormal pregnancy, such as ectopic pregnancy or intrauterine pregnancy, may be manifested by a sudden decrease in menstrual flow or even spotting, but not always amenorrhea. Therefore, we must first eliminate pregnancy-related issues. The following reasons may be considered during pregnancy: First, the scanty menstrual volume may be caused by other reasons, such as ovarian decline. As women age, the ovaries will gradually decline and the menstrual volume will become less and less.

Secondly, the uterine wall is damaged. After the uterine wall is damaged, the amount of uterine wall shedding during menstruation will become less and less, which will cause less menstrual flow. Secondly, it may be caused by endocrine disorders. If the level of estrogen secretion in a woman's body is relatively low, it will cause uterine wall hypoplasia, resulting in less menstrual flow.

Finally, it is also possible that women have uterine coldness, which can cause less menstrual flow. Therefore, women with less menstrual flow should go to the hospital for B-ultrasound and six hormone tests to confirm the diagnosis, and then receive treatment under the guidance of a doctor.
