Why does my stomach hurt when I walk during late pregnancy?

Pregnancy is both a happy thing and a dangerous thing, especially in the first three months. Various situations can easily occur during pregnancy, so some women with weak constitutions just go to bed to rest to prevent miscarriage. Therefore, there are many things to pay attention to during pregnancy. Some people even experience stomach pain when walking during pregnancy. What should you do in this situation? Do we have any good way to solve it?

There are many reasons for abdominal pain in early pregnancy. Some of them are normal physiological phenomena. Generally, physiological abdominal pain is not very serious and the onset time is also very short. It is mainly caused by the enlargement of the uterus after pregnancy, which causes the uterine ligaments to be involved. Generally, it will not affect daily life. Abdominal pain is not fixed for occupation. If there is no organic disease after examination, then there is no need for treatment. Abdominal pain in early pregnancy is common in:

1. Threatened abortion: Patients with threatened abortion may experience abdominal pain and sometimes spotting.

2. Patients with ectopic pregnancy generally have abdominal pain, but most of them are on one side, and there will also be irregular vaginal bleeding.

3. Patients with organic diseases, ovarian cysts, and uterine fibroids must seek medical attention as soon as possible if their symptoms are severe and last for a long time and are accompanied by bleeding.

Towards the end of pregnancy, the pubic symphysis becomes loose and slightly stretched. At the same time, the sacroiliac joints and sacrococcygeal joints become loose, causing discomfort when moving. In order to maintain the balance of the center of gravity, the pregnant woman's spine is lordotic, the back extensor muscles are overloaded, the abdomen is forward, the chest is backward, the neck is forward, and the shoulder blades are drooping. The pregnant woman will experience back and sacral pain and weakness and numbness in the upper limbs. In addition, the enlargement and rotation of the uterus and the pain or discomfort caused by the stretching of the ligaments can also cause pregnant women to feel lower abdominal pain. The discomfort caused by physiological changes is usually tolerable and has no effect on pregnant women and babies. However, if you cannot tolerate it, you should go to the hospital to rule out pain caused by other diseases.

So based on the above introduction, we still need to pay more attention to our bodies. If our bodies are really weak, we should try to exercise less to prevent accidents. Family members should also pay attention to the condition of pregnant women, take emergency measures in time, and pay attention to what pregnant women eat to protect their bodies.
