What are the symptoms of vaginal infertility?

During puberty, a woman's uterus is already fully developed. However, in this process, often due to lack of attention in life, irregular menstruation, uterine coldness, and endocrine disorders may affect future fertility. For example, infertility can lead to the breakdown of many families and conflicts. So what are the symptoms of vaginal infertility? Let me introduce them to you today.

Symptom 1: Uterine hypoplasia

Uterine hypoplasia, also known as immature uterus, generally refers to a uterus that is still smaller than normal after puberty. A small uterus alone is not necessarily the direct cause of infertility. Only when the ovaries are also underdeveloped can it be the direct cause of uterine infertility.

Symptom 2: Uterine malformation

Whether uterine malformation affects fertility depends on the type and degree of the malformation. Most of these patients have no obvious symptoms, but some of them show primary amenorrhea and menstrual disorders, such as infrequent menstruation, oligomenorrhea, dysmenorrhea or dysfunctional uterine bleeding.

There are also some manifestations of genital and breast hypoplasia, such as sexual infantilism, breast and secondary sexual characteristics hypoplasia, ovarian dysfunction, and anovulation. Even if some patients can become pregnant, they are prone to miscarriage, premature birth, abnormal fetal position, abnormal placental position or stillbirth because the uterine cavity cannot expand accordingly.

Symptom 3: Intrauterine Adhesions

Adhesions caused by secondary infection of the uterine cavity, isthmus of uterus and cervical canal due to trauma, such as: damaging curettage; also includes specific infections, such as tuberculosis, schistosomiasis, amoebiasis and actinomycosis, etc. Clinically, amenorrhea and oligomenorrhea often occur, leading to infertility.

Symptom 4: Endometritis

Endometritis can be divided into acute and chronic according to the duration of the disease; according to the pathogens that cause the infection, it can be divided into tuberculosis, sexually transmitted diseases and general bacterial. Endometritis is mostly caused by the upward spread of external vaginal infection. Due to endometrial congestion and edema, large amounts of inflammatory exudates, and a large number of plasma cells and lymphocytes in the interstitium, these changes can affect the movement of sperm and the implantation and development of fertilized eggs. Of course, when inflammation occurs, the endometrium cannot provide sufficient nutrition for the implanted egg, and the inflammatory exudate can also kill sperm, causing infertility.

What are the symptoms of most vaginal infertility? First of all, it will cause the vagina to become narrow and prevent sperm from entering. Uterine adhesions, endometrial displacement and irregular menstruation may all make it impossible to conceive, so it often causes great harm to women.
