Why do women have too much body hair?

If female friends have a lot of body hair, they will still feel inferior and dare not wear short clothes, fearing that exposing the body hair will affect their image. In fact, the problem of excessive body hair needs to be faced calmly, and we must figure out why women have a lot of body hair, so that we can do a better job in protection. Of course, there are many ways to remove body hair, so don't worry too much.

Congenital causes, congenital systemic hypertrichosis, which people usually call "hairy man", is a "reversion to the ancestral" phenomenon, often with family factors, caused by autosomal abnormalities, and has a tendency to be inherited from generation to generation. Acquired causes of excessive body hair: increased androgen in women's bodies due to various reasons, or an imbalance in the ratio of estrogen and androgen, which causes excessive hair growth.

The most common ovarian lesion is bilateral polycystic ovary syndrome. It is mainly caused by the hypothalamus's regulatory disorder of pituitary function, or the lack of certain enzymes in the ovaries themselves. When suffering from this disease, in addition to not ovulating, 70% of patients have excessive hair on the lips, areola, forearms, calves, etc. Ovarian tumors may also appear hirsutistic.

Irrational use of medications, such as excessive use of corticosteroids, androgens, nandrolone phenylpropionate, etc., can also cause hirsutism. Pituitary lesions, such as the pituitary gland secreting various gonadotropins, play an important coordinating role in various hormones in the body. When there are lesions in the pituitary gland, such as acromegaly, pituitary tumors, etc., they can lead to hirsutism.

Adrenal diseases such as adrenal gonadal syndrome, adrenal cortical tumors, Cushing's syndrome, etc. can increase the level of male hormones in the human body and cause hirsutism. Hirsutism can also occur due to brain and hypothalamic diseases such as multiple sclerosis, obesity, encephalitis, etc. Other endocrine diseases such as hypothyroidism.

Because the thickness and amount of hair is mainly determined by the amount of male hormones, it has nothing to do with the use of depilatory agents. With the development of new technologies, laser technology is now also used in hair removal, but it needs to be performed by a doctor in the dermatology department of a regular hospital. Laser hair removal can achieve the goal of permanent hair removal.

Through the above introduction, everyone is very clear about why women have too much body hair. Excessive body hair will indeed affect people's image, so it is necessary to take protective measures according to the cause. For example, you should eat a reasonable diet and avoid consuming foods containing hormones, especially male hormones. You should be more vigilant. Of course, correct hair removal is also a good choice.
