Chronic endocervicitis is a disease that occurs in the cervix. It will destroy the balance of the cervix and cause damage to the cervix. After suffering from chronic endocervicitis, the body will also have abnormal symptoms. Patients should pay attention to these characteristics. They can go to the hospital for a gynecological examination when the initial diagnosis is abnormal. The type and severity of the patient's disease can be determined. So what are the symptoms of chronic endocervicitis? The symptoms of this disease are mainly the following: Endocervicitis is inflammation of the cervical canal. The inflammation is limited to the cervical canal mucosa and the tissues underneath. Clinically, the cervical vaginal part is smooth, but the cervical opening is congested or blocked with purulent secretions. Cervical endometritis can be divided into acute endometritis and chronic endometritis. Usually, there are many causes of endometritis. If the patient has obvious symptoms, he should take some measures to treat it in time. 1. Mild fever, lower abdominal pain, increased leucorrhea, etc. Leucorrhea is sometimes bloody, and if it is caused by anaerobic bacteria, the discharge will be foul-smelling. Some people have irregular menstruation. If the inflammation is severe, it may spread to the myometrium. It becomes myometritis and many small abscesses form inside it. If the inflammation spreads outward, it can cause pelvic inflammatory disease. During examination, the uterus may be tender and enlarged, and the tissues on both sides may be tender and thickened. 2. In the acute phase of endometritis, the endometrium becomes congested, edematous, and infiltrated with inflammatory cells, and suppuration occurs in severe cases. The patient's symptoms of endocervicitis include fever, abdominal pain, and increased vaginal discharge that is bloody or purulent. Acute endometritis can further develop into myometritis, salpingitis and pelvic inflammatory disease, making the condition worse. The chronic stage may be asymptomatic, and sometimes the symptoms of endocervical inflammation are irregular vaginal bleeding and abnormal menstruation. 3. Patients with chronic endometritis usually suffer from back pain, and sexual intercourse aggravates the symptoms of cervical endometritis, including increased leucorrhea, abdominal pain, and swelling in the lumbar region. They should not have intercourse too often, as even if they force themselves to do so, they will not feel pleasure or sexual excitement. Or there may be pleasure and sexual excitement at the time, but due to pelvic congestion after sex, the symptoms of cervical endometritis may reappear or worsen. The early symptoms of chronic endocervicitis are mostly common symptoms of gynecological diseases, such as leucorrhea, menstruation, etc., and may also cause some abdominal discomfort. The disease cannot be diagnosed by looking at the symptoms alone. It can only be diagnosed through scientific examinations. Of course, the doctor's diagnosis must also be combined with clinical experience of the disease, diagnostic basis, etc. Therefore, patients should pay attention to the symptoms of chronic endocervicitis and take timely measures for examination or treatment after discovery. |
