What causes female chills?

I think everyone must have discovered in life that many women are particularly afraid of cold, and their hands and feet are icy cold when winter comes. Some people are even afraid of cold hands and feet in the summer and dare not wear shorts. That's why many women feel particularly scared and worried in winter. What's the reason? Let's take a look at what female chills fear is.

The so-called chills syndrome is caused by poor blood flow in the hands, feet and other peripheral blood vessels, which results in the inability to fully discharge waste from the peripheral nerves. This is a physical problem and cannot be completely cured. However, if you take enough vitamin E, which can improve blood circulation, you can minimize the symptoms.

Causes

Women in the fast-paced modern workplace are under increasing psychological pressure. In addition, due to menstruation, pregnancy, anemia, gastrointestinal diseases, etc., women have a natural disadvantage in resisting cold. Therefore, they are prone to "cold fear" with cold hands and feet and waist pain in winter, especially office women who sit for a long time.

Prevention methods

To keep the body warm, peripheral blood vessels need a suitable temperature to maintain circulation, so clothing should be warm but not too tight. Especially the waist area has dense blood vessels, so do not wrap it with tight clothes to avoid hindering blood circulation and detrimental heat conduction.

Warm-up exercises: No matter how busy you are, you should take time every day to do some warm-up exercises, such as stretching your fingers, circling your arms, twisting your toes, and moving your waist. It is best not to exercise too vigorously in winter. It is best to sweat slightly after exercise.

Foot care: Regular foot baths and massages can stimulate blood circulation in organ tissues and extremities. Do dry foot cleaning, which means sitting cross-legged on the bed every morning and evening, pinching the left toes with the left hand, and rubbing the sole of the foot with the right palm 100-200 times, until the soles of the feet and palms become red and hot. You can also take a hot water massage bath, that is, let your feet alternately contact a basin of 80℃ hot water, and rub the insteps of your feet alternately. When the water temperature drops to a level that you can immerse your feet in the hot water, continue rubbing, for 15 minutes each time.

Many women cannot avoid the fear of cold, which is related to their natural constitution. The editor also introduced many methods to prevent and relieve the occurrence of chills. I hope that all female friends can learn them well. By mastering the above methods, you will no longer be afraid of the cold in winter and will spend every spring, summer, autumn and winter smoothly.
