Is it necessary to treat breast hyperplasia?

Is it necessary to treat breast hyperplasia?

Among gynecological diseases, breast hyperplasia has a high incidence rate. In today's society, the number of women suffering from this disease is increasing. Moreover, breast hyperplasia may become malignant and may develop into breast cancer if not treated in time. Moreover, the age of patients with breast hyperplasia is getting younger and younger, so it is recommended that women should take more precautions in their daily lives. Is it necessary for women suffering from breast hyperplasia to go to the hospital for treatment?

There are many types of breast hyperplasia. Physiological breast hyperplasia, if it is simple breast hyperplasia, does not require special treatment and may resolve on its own. Breast hyperplasia caused by mental, emotional and human factors can also subside or ease through self-adjustment. It is recommended that you go to the hospital for examination, diagnosis and symptomatic treatment.

Treatment of breast hyperplasia

Western medicine treatment for breast hyperplasia

Drug treatment:

Most cystic hyperplasia can be treated non-surgically. Use a bra to lift the breasts. Traditional Chinese medicine to soothe the liver, regulate qi and harmonize the body can relieve pain. When the pain is obvious in the premenopausal period, you can take methyltestosterone 3 times a day before menstruation, 5 mg each time. You can also take progesterone orally 5 to 10 mg per day for 7 to 10 days before menstruation. In recent years, the use of vitamin E treatment has also had a pain-relieving effect. For those whose lesions are limited to a part of the breast and who still have obvious lumps after menstruation, surgical treatment can also be used.

Treatment under the guidance of a doctor: Western medicine includes 5% potassium iodide. Those with severe pain can try methyltestosterone, which should be taken orally one week before menstruation to avoid further disrupting the delicate balance of hormones in the human body.

If women do not want to suffer from breast hyperplasia, they should maintain a good attitude and be more optimistic. If you are obese, you must lose weight as soon as possible and keep your weight within a reasonable range. In terms of diet, you should eat less fried food, not too many desserts, and eat more vegetables and fruits.
