What to do if women have lower body pain

Lower body pain is a symptom that is common among female friends. The occurrence of this symptom will not only make female friends feel uncomfortable but also bring them great psychological pressure. If the cause of lower body pain is not found out in time, it may even affect the fertility of female friends. Therefore, we recommend that female friends pay attention to this symptom. Below we will introduce what to do if women have lower body pain.

If this type of pain only occurs occasionally, it may be due to insufficient lubrication. But if it happens more frequently, there may be other reasons.

If you experience persistent burning when your vagina is open, it's likely caused by a vaginal infection (such as trichomoniasis, bacterial vaginal infection). Most infections can be cured with medicines.

During sexual intercourse or even exercise, if there is a stabbing or knife-like pain when the vagina is opened, it may be vulvovaginitis caused by inflammation of the vulvar nerve. A variety of treatments can relieve pain, including: numbing the labia with local anesthesia, using tricyclic antidepressants to increase the patient's pain tolerance, and doing certain exercises to relax the muscles around the vulva.

Pain deep in the pelvis during intercourse may be due to infection, fallopian tube cysts, endometriosis, or other causes such as uterine fibroids and scar tissue.

It can be treated with drugs such as gonadotropin-releasing hormone agonists, oral contraceptives, anti-inflammatory drugs, etc. Your doctor may recommend surgery to remove the excess tissue, but the decision to have surgery depends on factors such as your age and whether you want to have children or have more.

Pelvic inflammatory disease is mostly caused by infections of the endometrium, fallopian tubes, and ovaries, which are usually transmitted during sexual intercourse. Symptoms of pelvic inflammatory disease are usually severe pain in the lower pelvis (usually during sexual intercourse), accompanied by fever, chills, and a foul-smelling, sticky, grayish-yellow discharge from the lower body. Pelvic inflammatory disease can usually be cured with antibiotics.

After understanding the symptoms that are common among female friends, women should also actively cooperate in the treatment of lower body pain. Women should not ignore such problems. To alleviate such problems, women should start from all aspects of themselves, and pay attention to diet, work and rest, and exercise. Otherwise, it will not help to improve their own problems. Women should know this.
