Pain in the lower abdomen and lumbosacral region: When the inflammation is severe, it can spread along the uterosacral ligament to the pelvic cavity, causing symptoms such as low back pain, pelvic pain, and dysmenorrhea, which worsens during the menstrual cycle, bowel movements, or diarrhea. If the inflammation spreads to the main ligament, pain may occur and affect sexual life.
