What causes breast tenderness, pain, and lumps?

I believe that some female friends have experienced breast swelling, tingling and lumps. However, once someone feels a lump in their breast, they will be very nervous. The first reaction is whether they have breast cancer. Now many people have this disease? In fact, there is no need to be nervous. The presence of a lump does not necessarily mean that you have breast cancer. Today, let’s talk about the causes of breast pain, tingling, and lumps.

Breast hyperplasia usually causes distension or tingling pain, which may affect one or both breasts. In severe cases, the breasts cannot be touched. The pain is mainly in the lump, and may also radiate to the armpits, chest and ribs, or shoulders and back. Some people also experience nipple pain or itching. The pain of breast hyperplasia often worsens a few days before menstruation and significantly eases after menstruation. It may also fluctuate with mood changes. This pain related to the menstrual cycle and mood changes is an important feature of breast hyperplasia. In the early stages of breast cancer, there is usually no obvious pain or discomfort. Pain only occurs in the late stages when ulcers and infiltration occur on the rib skin.

The lumps of breast hyperplasia can generally occur in one or both breasts. The shapes of the lumps include flake-like, nodular, cord-like, granular, etc., among which the flake-like shape is the most common. The tumor has unclear boundaries, is of medium or slightly tough texture, has good mobility, and has no adhesion to surrounding tissues. The lumps vary in size. The lump often increases in size and becomes hard before menstruation, and decreases in size and becomes soft after menstruation. The lumps of breast cancer often grow progressively and are characterized by being single, hard, and having poor mobility.

Modern medicine has proven that breast hyperplasia is caused by low immune function and hormone secretion disorders. Because 90% of breast cancers are caused by prolonged breast hyperplasia, curing hyperplasia can effectively block the occurrence of breast cancer.

From the above description, we can know the reasons for breast pain, tingling and lumps. From here we can understand that it may be breast hyperplasia, but we must also pay necessary attention. Because if breast hyperplasia is not treated and allowed to develop, it is very likely to cause the terrible consequence of breast cancer. Therefore, we must pay attention to changes in the breasts to avoid serious consequences.
