The cyst wall originating from the paramesonephric duct is mostly composed of ciliated columnar epithelium.

2. Symptoms Congenital uterine cysts generally have no obvious subjective symptoms, and sometimes a lump can be felt in the lower abdomen.

3. The age of onset occurs between 25 and 52 years old, with an average age of 36 years old.

In addition, experts also pointed out that the symptoms of cervical cysts often include lower urinary tract symptoms, such as urgency, frequency, and pain when urinating. Gynecological examination revealed cervical congestion, edema, and mucosal eversion. Symptoms of cervical cysts also include purulent secretions flowing out of the cervical canal, tenderness, and brittleness of the cervix, which bleeds easily when touched.
